Possible Risk
We would like to inform you that electronic devices, especially those with circuit boards, can exhibit unpredictability. Over time, components may deteriorate, and failures can occur without warning, particularly in instances of liquid damage. It's important to note that when repairing phones, tablets, or any device involving screen removal, there is a risk of glass breakage. In such cases, the customer will be charged for the replacement screen.
While our team is highly trained and skilled, it's crucial to recognize that electronics, due to their inherent nature, may fail altogether. Despite our expertise, unforeseen challenges may arise during the repair process. We want to assure you that we prioritize transparency and will keep you informed of any developments. Please understand that certain risks are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Warranty
We are pleased to offer a 30-day warranty on our repair services, ensuring your satisfaction and peace of mind. Additionally, our supplier provides a generous one-year warranty on parts in the event of any defects. It's important to note that our warranty is contingent on the device's condition at the time of repair. If the item is found to be broken due to customer mishandling, the warranty will be voided. Similarly, if the device has been disassembled by the individual and an issue arises, our warranty coverage will be voided. We prioritize transparency and encourage customers to reach out with any questions or concerns regarding our warranty policies.
Pick up time limit
Due to our limited storage capacity, we would like to inform you that we can hold onto your device for up to 60 days after contacting you for pickup. We understand that circumstances may vary, and we encourage you to coordinate the retrieval of your device within this timeframe.
After 60 days and in the absence of communication regarding pickup, we will consider the device as abandoned. In accordance with our policies, BB Electronic Repair & Recycling reserves the right to proceed with the sale of the device to recover storage and handling costs.
Diagnostic Fee
In the event that, despite our best efforts, we are unable to successfully repair your device, a service fee of $25 will be applicable to compensate for the time and effort expended during the diagnostic and assessment process. Mail -In Repair
for a mail in repair Customer must make sure device is secure and mailed to us at 305 S 6Th St Wood River IL, 62095.
once we have received the device the customer will be emailed a waver to sign and will be asked to pay the $25.00 Diagnostic fee over the phone before any estimate or repair is given.
